perhaps the most captivating aspect of prague was the price of beer, coupled with the free breakfast at our hostel which was open until 1 pm. despite these setbacks, we still managed to make the best of the days and get some sight seeing in..

here is us on a boat on the river. henry and our new kiwi friend rowed, mainly unevenly and sporadically and around in circles, while some under 10s on some sort of scout day rowed efficiently around us. the entertainment value of this boating expedition was heightened by our new friend neglecting to tell us before emabarking on the boat that she is petrified of water and not a strong swimmer. surprisingly she is smiling in the following photo...

henry and i after some amount of time in happy hour..

look at this giant beer on a boat!

other memories of prague include the wisdom written in the toilet cubicles in our hostel. we were inspired by the 'no parents, no rules' slogan written by some hyperactive teenager on their first trip away from home. hence from now on our trip is governed by the npnr rule, with us as the executive committee and henry as self appointed president.
